Semua kapal rekreasi, komersial, perikanan, dan pribadi yang dioperasikan di dalam Kawasan Konservasi Perairan (KKP) Kepulauan Raja Ampat, baik kapal asing maupun domestik, diwajibkan untuk mendapatkan izin.<\/p>\n

Dalam rangka mengelola KKP secara efektif, dan mengatur pemanfaatannya untuk masa depan secara berkelanjutan, maka sangat penting bagi semua pemilik dan operator kapal untuk mematuhi semua ketentuan mengenai perizinan kapal.<\/p>\n

Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (BLUD UPTD) Pengelolaan KKP\u00a0Raja Ampat memiliki beberapa pos pengawasan dan patroli yang rutin dilaksanakan, yang salah satu fungsinya adalah untuk memeriksa perizinan kapal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Memasuki \u00a0dan\/atau melakukan kegiatan dalam KKP Kepulauan Raja Ampat tanpa izin yang tepat merupakan pelanggaran terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kapal Rekreasi \u2013 Liveaboards<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Liveaboards dan kapal wisata yang ingin beroperasi di Raja Ampat harus mengurus dan memperoleh semua izin yang diperlukan melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Kabupaten Raja Ampat yang berlokasi di Waisai.<\/p>\n

Kapal Asing (Rekreasi & Komersial)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Semua Kapal Asing yang memasuki KKP Kepulauan Raja Ampat (dan wilayah lain di Indonesia) diharuskan untuk membuat Deklarasi Kapal (dapat dilihat DI SINI<\/a>) sebelum memasuki kawasan. Setelah pendaftaran selesai, salinan cetak registrasi harus diberikan kepada petugas Bea Cukai saat pertama kali memasuki perairan Indonesia. Deklarasi Kapal ini berlaku selama 3 tahun (hanya izin masuk tunggal). Jika kapal keluar dari wilayah perairan Indonesia sebelum 3 tahun, maka Deklarasi Kapal baru harus diperoleh terlebih dahulu sebelum memasuki wilayah perairan Indonesia lagi.
Kapal Asing yang masuk ke Indonesia harus melalui pelabuhan yang melayani layanan Deklarasi Kapal di kantor pengawasan dan pelayanan bea dan cukai. Ketika tulisan ini dibuat, pelabuhan-pelabuhan tersebut meliputi: Ambon, Saumlaki, Sorong, Biak, Belitung, Bali, Nunukan, Batam, Tual, Kupang, dan Sabang.
Selain itu, semua kapal asing memerlukan izin pelabuhan dari Syahbandar setempat.<\/p>\n

Kapal Pesiar<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Untuk memasuki wilayah perairan Raja Ampat, semua kapal pesiar harus mendapatkan izin kunjungan terlebih dahulu dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Raja Ampat.
Until memasuki wilayah perairan KKP Kepulauan Raja Ampat, sequa penumpang yang ada di kapal harus memiliki Kartu Layanan Pemeliharaan Jasa Lingkungan (LPJL)<\/a> yang massif berlaku.<\/p>\n

Kapal PerikananKapal Perikanan<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Semua Kapal Perikanan Komersial yang beraktivitas di dalam wilayah perairan Raja Ampat harus:<\/p>\n

1. Mematuhu semua aturan yang berlaku di dalam Zona Pemanfaatan Kawasan Konservasi Perairan (KKP) Kepulauan Raja Ampat<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. Memiliki semua perizinan terkait aktivitas perikanan komersil, sebagaimana diatur oleh Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Papua Barat maupun Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan.<\/p>\n
